Previous to my real estate career I had about 13 years of experience in the finance industry handling collections on delinquent accounts for several credit card companies a signature loan company and a major medical and dental sales company where I also gained experience with qualifying dentists and doctors for a line of credit to help them purchase the equipment and supplies needed to operate their business. I strongly believe that the negotiation techniques I learned in that industry gives me an edge to help clients with both buying a new home and selling a home.

While employed with the medical and dental supply company I worked my way through the schooling necessary to become a real estate agent and when I completed the schooling I transitioned into a position as a Realtor with Harcourts NV1 Realty where I stayed for almost 2 years before changing to my current brokerage Realty One Group Eminence.

I was born and raised in Nevada and am very active in the community volunteering to help in charity events as often as possible. I also belong to a Historical Society which also volunteers at different charities in the Northern Nevada area like the Food Bank providing food to those who need the help to feed their families. Another being the computer corps who help put recycled computers back into the community and not into the landfills. These older generation computers are tested repaired refurbished upgraded and then donated at little or no cost to seniors at-risk children low-income families displaced workers and disabled individuals.

In my off time I enjoy spending time with my wife and can be found with her enjoying movies or in the outdoors on a lake or river fly fishing.
